I found the Soul restaurant at the hotel to be excellent. The food quality was excellent, showcasing Moroccan specialities. The restaurant surprised my husband with a birthday cake, a thoughtful gift. A singer and guitarist performed, and the decorations included fresh flowers and candles.

Dounia provided careful assistance. The reception staff offered a good welcome. The personnel at the reception and in the restaurant were helpful.

I tried Moroccan specialities at Soul restaurant. The restaurant manager escorted us to the table and explained the menu. Food was beautifully presented and at the correct temperature.

I had an amazing massage and facial experience. mouna was very professional, and the treatment was so refreshing. i felt completely renewed afterwards, honestly! i highly recommend the spa. the overall experience was luxurious. I felt pampered and relaxed.
the service in the lobby was a little slow sometimes. it was difficult to order a drink due to staff availability.

the lounge area is spacious with a sliding roof. the pool area is quite large and beautifully appointed. there are plenty of chairs .

it's necessary to cross a promenade to reach a nice beach. there is a lifeguard present at the beach. taxis are readily available right outside of the hotel.

the location was acceptable with easy access to the promenade.
The service, i feel, really missed the mark. getting a simple order correct at breakfast seemed impossible. the concierge service did not communicate well. Information never seemed to reach the right person. i'm very sorry to say but the brand's reputation suffered.

my room smelled of sewage i told them i wanted to change it but they said it was impossible the smell was really unbearable inside the bathroom
